From Material Receiving to Shipment

Incoming leather, fabric, synthetics, coatings, and components are received, stored, and inspected against the order requirements. - Pattern and Decoration Preparation
Approved patterns are cut before screen printing, embossing, or hot stamping is applied when specified. - Sewing and Assembly
Prepared parts move to the appropriate sewing stations for construction and assembly. - In-Process and Final Inspection
Inspectors check production during assembly, then complete final inspection and record the sampling results. - Pair Matching, Packing, and Release
Accepted gloves are matched, packed, checked against packing requirements, and prepared for final shipment.
Quality Checks and Production Records
Quality control covers incoming materials, active production, finished gloves, and packing. Records are available based on project requirements.
