Sewn Glove Production
Material inspection, pattern cutting, decoration, sewing, and assembly follow the approved specification.
Follow your glove order from inquiry to shipment, with clear requirements, confirmations and approvals at each step.
Define the glove, approve the sample, produce and inspect the order, then prepare shipment.
Each step shows what you provide, what GloveWise completes, the approval or result, and what moves the project forward.
Start with the glove type, intended use and quantity. The points below help complete the brief; you do not need every detail ready for an initial inquiry.
GloveWise reviews feasibility, materials, processes, packaging, testing, and shipping conditions before issuing a proposal and quotation.
We make and inspect a physical sample from the confirmed design and specifications, then photograph or ship it for review.
Review the physical sample, then provide consolidated revision feedback or approve the final production reference in writing.
Production begins only after written sample approval, final specification confirmation, order confirmation, and receipt of the required 50% deposit.
Accepted gloves are packed to the agreed unit counts and released for the agreed transport after inspection and final payment.
These stages show approved glove requirements moving through production control and shipment preparation.
Send the glove type, intended use and approximate quantity to start. If you have a reference, destination or required date, include it so we can review the next steps.
