Build the Thermal System as a Whole Glove

Shell, insulation, lining, fit, and cuff work together. More material is not automatically better: excess bulk can compress loft, shift the liner, reduce grip, and make finger movement harder.

Treat Heated Gloves as a Separate System Project

A heated glove is not a standard winter glove with one added part. The textile build, heating circuit, power source, controls, charging, user instructions, service plan, safety evidence, and shipping route must be reviewed together before acceptance.

Our facility includes leather and fabric cutting, 30 sewing stations, screen printing, hot stamping or embossing, punching, inspection, and packing. IQC, IPQC, and FQC cover incoming materials, layer and liner placement, seams, measurements, cuff, logo position, pairing, and final packing. Heated-system capabilities require separate project confirmation.

Waterproof projects also need an agreed whole-glove method and acceptance criteria. Heated projects require documented checks for temperature control, runtime, flexing, charging, battery safety, instructions, transport, and foreseeable misuse before claims or production approval.
MOQ is usually 500 pairs, depending on materials, construction, sizes, branding and packing. Samples generally take 5–10 working days; bulk production usually takes 20–30 working days after written sample and specification approval and the required deposit. Testing, revisions, quantity and scheduling can change these ranges. Shipping time is separate. Heated projects require separate feasibility, component, cost and timing review. Sample fees are commonly USD 10–45, with the exact fee and freight agreed before payment.
