White knit gloves with blue grip dots beside blue palm-coated gloves

Choose the textile and palm together

Material identity: Confirm the actual generic fiber name, percentages and blend using supplier information for the proposed textile. Palm treatment: Review PVC dots or a nitrile-coated palm for compatibility, grip, coverage and the gardening task. Retail wording: Keep fiber, care, label and packaging statements aligned; environmental claims need their own support.

A Custom Brand Finish for Bamboo-Source Textiles

Decoration and private-label finishing are developed on the selected bamboo-source textile.

Printing Developed on Real Fabric

GloveWise can develop the printed branding on the chosen textile so the sample shows the artwork against the actual fabric texture.

Coordinated Textile and Palm Colors

Color development coordinates the textile body, treated palm and branding, including the contrast between surfaces.

Gloves, Printed Cards and Packs

The decorated glove can be developed with its printed card or pack for a consistent appearance while keeping the textile clearly identified.

Lock the Fiber Identity Before Sampling

Confirm material identity from supplier information and available evidence before production. Use that basis for the specification, care label, retail copy, quotation and market-specific review.

  • Generic Fiber Name
Confirm actual bamboo fiber, rayon, viscose or another generic fiber for specifications and labels. Use the documented name required in the target market.
  • Fiber Percentages
Obtain supplier percentages and match them to the finished construction before approving composition labels, packaging, records, artwork or claims.
  • Blend Composition
List the relevant fibers or layers. Where required, distinguish the textile base from palm coating, threads, trims, labels and other parts.
  • Supplier Documents
Check document type, issuer, material reference, validity and market for sourcing, compliance review, approval and repeat orders. Confirm any further testing or review needed; document availability is project-specific.

Match the Palm Treatment to the Material and Task

Check coverage, texture, thickness, adhesion, flexibility, grip conditions and wear points on the actual glove sample against the gardening contact surfaces. Palm-treatment names alone establish no protection rating.

  • PVC Dot Palm
For light garden handling with localized grip points, confirm the dot pattern, coverage, placement, adhesion, flexibility, color, and textile compatibility on the sample.
  • Nitrile-Coated Palm
For a broader coated contact area for soil, pots, plants, or light tools, confirm coverage, finish, thickness, flexibility, grip conditions, textile compatibility, and any agreed test before making claims.

Control Fit for Finger Work and Wrist Coverage

Build sizing from agreed measurements for grip and fingertip control. Check finger reach, palm movement, entry, wrist comfort and repeatable grading before production.

  • Palm Circumference
Use an agreed measuring method and palm measurement for each size; check fit on the sample.
  • Finger Length
For planting and tasks requiring fingertip control, confirm proportions so excess space or compression does not reduce handling.
  • Overall Glove Length
Overall length defines hand and wrist coverage. Use agreed measurement points and coordinate the length with the cuff construction.
  • Wrist Opening
Wrist opening affects entry and retention. Confirm its size, comfort, and behavior during repeated putting on and removal.
  • S–XXL Size Range
Approve the base size, grading, size labels and quantity for every size.
  • Special Sizing
Send measurements or a reference glove; pattern feasibility, cost, MOQ and timing need review.

Choose Packaging for the Sales Channel

Plan pair protection, display, material labels, carton organization and shipping marks together. Settle approved fiber wording, artwork, barcode data, pack quantity, carton dimensions and destination requirements before bulk packing.

  • Single OPP Bag
For individual pair protection. Confirm dimensions, closure, label, required warnings and pack count.
  • Paper Card
For branding, material or care information and display, confirm the card, approved wording, print artwork, attachment, language and barcode data.
  • Hang Card
For peg displays in garden centers and retail, confirm the hang hole, card structure, attachment, visibility, artwork, and shelf needs.
  • Inner Box
To organize pairs, sizes, or retail units, confirm units, size mix, strength, labels, dimensions, and weight.
  • Carton Label
For warehouse and shipment identification, confirm SKU, size, color, quantity, barcode, marks, carton number, and destination.
  • Custom Gift Box
For retail or seasonal sets, confirm the insert, dimensions, print, orientation, approved claims, barcode, MOQ, and timing.

Approve the Material Record and Finished Sample Together

Match the supplier material record to the specification and approved wording, then review the glove for palm treatment, coverage, fingertips, seams, wrist, sizing, symmetry, logo, labels, pairing, and packing. Add any task- or market-specific test before claims are finalized; routine inspection does not create a special performance rating.

Custom Bamboo Gardening Gloves FAQ

Bamboo-source glove textiles may be rayon or viscose rather than actual bamboo fiber. Fiber name, percentages and wording must match material evidence and destination-market requirements. “Bamboo” alone establishes no antibacterial, hypoallergenic, cooling, environmental, biodegradable or compostable properties.
Share the intended use, quantity and a material or glove reference if available. GloveWise can review textile availability and information, with final fiber claims confirmed before label and sample approval.
PVC-dot or nitrile-coated palms, custom measurements, colors, compatible logo methods, labels and packing can be reviewed. Textile compatibility, composition, construction and performance remain specific to the approved sample.
MOQ is usually 500 pairs, depending on materials, construction, sizes, branding and packing. Samples generally take 5–10 working days; bulk production usually takes 20–30 working days after written sample and specification approval and the required deposit. Testing, revisions, quantity and scheduling can change these ranges. Shipping time is separate.
