Define the Event and Distribution Plan

The event format defines recipients, on-site or take-away use, quantity groups and the easiest pack format for distribution.

  • Trade Show or Conference
For attendee giveaways, registration desks, or booth distribution, confirm expected recipients, total quantity, distribution points, and the required arrival date.
  • Brand Roadshow or Launch
For campaign teams and customer-facing promotions, align the glove color, artwork, handout method, and event-by-event quantity before sampling.
  • Staff or Volunteer Identification
For crews needing a coordinated visual element, confirm the work context, size allocation, branding visibility, and whether any actual protective function must be evaluated separately.
  • Celebration or Sports Merchandise
For festivals, community events, supporters, or limited merchandise, define whether the item is a giveaway or merchandise and confirm the audience, presentation, and applicable glove base.

Choose a Glove Base for the Audience

Choose the base for season, audience, wear time, appearance and budget. Evaluate warmth, grip, waterproofing or protection on the complete construction; branding alone establishes none of these.

  • Cotton
For general promotional programs and simple branded handouts, confirm fabric construction, color, fit direction, and logo compatibility for the selected base.
  • Lightweight Polyester
For larger campaigns or events favoring a light, practical base, confirm fabric weight, surface, color, size route, and decoration method before sampling.
  • Simple Leather
For smaller or more presentation-focused event projects, confirm leather type, finish, color, sizing, branding method, and project feasibility; performance is not implied.

Choose Branding for Visibility and Production Fit

Match the decoration method to the approved artwork, glove material, available area, quantity, and viewing distance. Provide a usable logo file and confirm ownership or permission for every brand name, symbol, or graphic submitted.

  • Screen Printing
For clear, relatively simple event logos and messages, confirm print area, line detail, ink color, material compatibility, and sample appearance.
  • Heat Transfer
For multicolor artwork or designs needing controlled placement, confirm file quality, transfer size, substrate compatibility, edge detail, and hand feel.
  • Hot Stamping or Heat Press
For suitable leather or other compatible panels. Confirm surface response, tooling, depth and placement on the sample.
  • Embroidery
For compatible textile panels or labels. Check stitch density, backing, thickness, placement and comfort.
  • Silicone Printing
For raised or tactile graphics on compatible glove bases, confirm position, thickness, flexibility, surface compatibility, and whether grip is actually required.
  • Sublimation Transfer
For suitable polyester constructions and broader graphic coverage, confirm the base fabric, artwork resolution, color reference, printable area, and sample approval.

Select Packaging for Fast Distribution

Choose packaging for protection, counting, sorting, transport and handout speed. Confirm individual pairs, team or size groups, booth display or labeled cartons for multiple event points.

  • Single-Pair OPP Bag
For individual pair protection. Confirm dimensions, closure, label, required warnings and pack count.
  • Paper Card
For branded handouts needing a compact presentation surface, confirm card dimensions, artwork, attachment method, material, language, and packing arrangement.
  • Hang Card
For display or distribution. Confirm card dimensions, attachment, hole position, barcode and approved artwork.
  • Multi-Pair Inner Box
For organized bulk handling. Confirm pairs per box, size mix, labels and master-carton arrangement.
  • Outer-Carton Label
For multi-carton shipments or separate event locations, confirm carton mark, product, size, quantity, event point, destination, and any required receiving reference.

Custom Event Gloves FAQ

Provide the event date and the date the gloves must reach the distribution point. Allow time for each stage: artwork, samples, production, inspection, packing and transport. The written schedule confirms feasibility.
Pair bags, cards, multi-pair inner boxes and carton labels can be reviewed for event gloves. Confirm quantities by size and destination for counting and sorting at the event.
Late artwork approval, sample changes, material availability, testing, packing changes and transport can affect arrival. Share the required date early so GloveWise can review the glove base, sample plan and shipping requirements before committing to a schedule.
MOQ is usually 500 pairs, depending on the glove base, artwork, size mix and packaging. Samples usually take 5–10 working days and production 20–30 working days after the required approvals and deposit. Quantity, material supply, revisions, testing and scheduling can change these ranges; transport time and the required arrival date are agreed separately.
