Define the Corporate Gift Program

Define the gift’s purpose and recipients, then confirm use, recipient profile, quantity, presentation, destination and required arrival date.

  • Employee Recognition
HR and people teams planning seasonal, milestone, or appreciation gifts. Confirm the recipient profile, intended use, quantity, size route, and presentation level.
  • Client or Partner Gifting
Account, channel, and relationship teams choosing practical branded gifts. Balance material feel and finished presentation with a glove base recipients can actually use.
  • Seasonal Campaign
Marketing or procurement teams preparing a timed year-end or cold-season program. Confirm climate, use setting, approval dates, destination, and required arrival date before selecting the base.
  • Mixed Recipient Program
For more than one employee, client or partner group, decide whether a universal size or a documented size allocation suits the project.

Choose Material by Gift Positioning

Material affects hand feel, appearance, decoration compatibility, and cost. GloveWise can evaluate cotton, lightweight polyester, or simple leather. Exact weight, finish, construction, and performance depend on the selected product and sample.

  • Cotton
Cost-aware employee, community, or broad recipient programs. Confirm fabric weight, hand feel, color, glove construction, and decoration through the sample.
  • Lightweight Polyester
Larger programs considering lightweight gloves that are easy to distribute. Branding compatibility and any comfort, warmth, or other functional claim remain product-specific.
  • Simple Leather
Client or partner gifts where material feel and finished appearance carry more weight. Leather type, finish, sizing, branding method, care information, and sample approval must be confirmed.

Match the Brand Mark to the Glove Base

Choose the decoration method after reviewing the glove material, artwork detail, color count, placement, finished size, quantity, and use. Provide authorized files and approve the proof or physical sample before production.

  • Screen Printing
Clear, relatively simple marks on compatible flat areas. Ink, color count, coverage, material surface, and finished placement require review.
  • Heat Transfer
Multicolor artwork or detailed graphics on compatible fabrics. Film, heat response, edge detail, hand feel, and sample appearance must be approved.
  • Hot Stamping or Heat Press
For suitable leather or other compatible panels. Confirm surface response, tooling, depth and placement on the sample.
  • Embroidery
Textile glove bases needing a stitched and dimensional brand treatment. Stitch density, backing, small details, placement, and effect on comfort require review.
  • Silicone Printing
Raised or tactile marks on compatible glove materials. Adhesion, thickness, flexibility, color, location, and intended use must be evaluated.
  • Sublimation
Compatible polyester materials using integrated color or larger artwork. The result depends on the base color, coverage, file quality, and sample.

Select Packaging for Presentation and Delivery

Choose packaging for pair protection, gift presentation, packing and transport. Approve structure, materials, print, quantity per pack, carton allocation, destination and the finished sample before bulk packing.

  • Single-Pair OPP Bag
For individual pair protection. Confirm dimensions, closure, label, required warnings and pack count.
  • Paper Card
For brand and product information. Agree dimensions, artwork, attachment, language, barcode and required market wording.
  • Hang Card
Display-led gifts or distributor programs using hanging presentation. Hole format, card strength, print sides, attachment, and packed weight need project review.
  • Multi-Pair Inner Box
For organized bulk handling. Confirm pairs per box, size mix, labels and master-carton arrangement.

Importers and distributors managing destinations or size allocations. Carton marks must match the approved packing list, quantities, destination, and shipping instructions.

Custom Corporate Gift Gloves FAQ

Start with the recipient, intended use, season and presentation level. Cotton, lightweight polyester or simple leather directions can be reviewed; approve material feel, fit, branding and packing together rather than choosing only the gift box. Gift presentation does not establish warmth, waterproofing, safety or other performance.
A universal-size direction may work for some programs, while known groups can use S–XXL or reviewed measurements. Confirm the actual wearer profile and quantities by size, then check the sample before allocation.
Custom gift boxes, cards, labels and other packing formats can be reviewed. Structure, materials, inserts, artwork, protection during transport, MOQ, cost and timing are agreed for the order.
MOQ is usually 500 pairs, depending on the glove base, artwork, size mix and packaging. Samples usually take 5–10 working days and production 20–30 working days after the required approvals and deposit. Quantity, material supply, revisions, testing and scheduling can change these ranges; transport time and the required arrival date are agreed separately.
