Choose the team distribution plan

Supporter merchandise: Review feel, visible team identity, retail labels and individual pair packing. Staff or club issue: Use member quantities and a size plan to organize practical distribution. Sponsor campaign: Coordinate authorized marks, colors, campaign quantity and the required arrival date.

Team Branding With Texture and Color

Glove development, printing and embroidery give team merchandise a custom finish.

Thread and Cuff Details

Choose thread and cuff colors to coordinate with the team design. Woven labels and other branding details are developed separately for the selected glove.

Define the Team Program First

Define recipients and purpose before materials or artwork. These guide the glove base, size allocation, branding visibility, packaging and sample approval details.

  • Supporter and Fan Merchandise
For clubs, schools, communities, and retail programs, confirm the audience, selling or giveaway context, visual priority, labels, and pack presentation.
  • Club or School Identity
For organized member, staff, or volunteer issue, provide authorized team artwork, color references, wearer profile, size quantities, and distribution method.
  • Sponsor or Promotional Campaign
For sponsors and promotional distributors, balance visible branding, glove-base cost, total quantity, simple packing, and the fixed campaign date.
  • Team Staff or Participant Use
For coordinators planning practical issue for a defined activity, state the real task and environment; branding alone does not establish sport, safety, weather, or protective performance.

Select a Glove Base Before Final Artwork

Promotional team projects can start with cotton, lightweight polyester or simple leather. Final construction, feel, appearance and suitability depend on use, quantity, decoration and the approved sample.

  • Cotton Direction
For general team distribution and cost-aware promotional programs, confirm fabric feel, color, glove construction, decoration area, and sample appearance before production.
  • Lightweight Polyester Direction
For larger campaigns or projects prioritizing light handling and visible graphics, review final fabric, print compatibility, hand feel, and any functional expectations by project.
  • Simple Leather Direction
For gift, supporter, or team programs seeking a more substantial material impression, confirm leather type, color, construction, decoration method, and order conditions by sample.

Plan Sizes Around the Real Audience

Promotional glove projects often start with a universal-size option; organized team issue may need several sizes. Provide wearer profiles and quantities to review fit, dimensions, labels, packing and MOQ together.

  • Universal-Size Route
For broad giveaways or supporter distribution with simplified handling, suitability depends on the glove base and audience; do not assume one size fits every wearer.
  • Multi-Size Route
For clubs or programs with known member size requirements, submit quantities by size because the mix can affect sampling, labels, packing, and MOQ review.
  • Measurement-Based Review
For buyers with a reference glove or defined wearer measurements, use palm circumference, finger length, overall length, and wrist opening to guide project confirmation.
  • Fit Sample Approval
For programs where issue consistency matters, review the physical sample with the intended wearer group before approving the final size route.

Match Packaging to Distribution and Stock Control

After use, size mix and artwork are agreed, choose packaging that protects pairs, identifies sizes or groups and supports distribution or display. Confirm inner-box and outer-carton instructions.

  • Single-Pair OPP Bag
For individual pair protection. Confirm dimensions, closure, label, required warnings and pack count.
  • Paper Card
For promotional distribution or simple branded presentation, confirm card dimensions, printed artwork, attachment method, and packing quantity.
  • Hang Card
For retail or display-ready team merchandise, confirm hanging format, artwork, product information, size marking, and destination requirements.
  • Multi-Pair Inner Box
For distributor, club, or warehouse sorting, define pairs per box, size or team grouping, box marks, and handling sequence.
  • Outer-Carton Label
For orders split by size, team group, destination, or campaign, provide required marks, carton quantities, coding, destination, and consignee instructions.
  • Custom Gift Box
For gift presentation. Agree structure, material, artwork, inserts, protection, MOQ, cost and timing.

Custom Promotional Team Gloves FAQ

Promotional team gloves carry team identity for supporters, staff, volunteers and related programs. For sport-specific equipment, choose the relevant sports glove and verify its construction separately.
A universal-size direction can be reviewed for some promotional programs, but fit is not assumed for every recipient. Known member groups may need several sizes; use wearer information and a sample to approve the allocation.
Provide authorized team, school or sponsor marks, color references, placement and finished size. Approve the sample and any usage rights before production, with quantities and packing matched to the distribution plan.
MOQ is usually 500 pairs, depending on the glove base, artwork, size mix and packaging. Samples usually take 5–10 working days and production 20–30 working days after the required approvals and deposit. Quantity, material supply, revisions, testing and scheduling can change these ranges; transport time and the required arrival date are agreed separately.
