The welding process, heat and spatter, contact with hot or sharp parts, work position, environment and wear duration define the sample brief and verification plan.

    Identify the actual process and operating conditions because heat, spatter, contact, and dexterity needs differ

Approve Construction and Verification Before Production

Use the approved sample and written specification to control leather, dimensions, lining, seams, coverage, reinforcement, pair matching, markings, labels, and packaging through IQC, IPQC, and FQC. Visual inspection does not prove thermal or mechanical performance; every protection claim or target-market standard needs an agreed test plan and matching file.

Custom Leather Welding Gloves FAQ

One welding-glove build may not suit both TIG and MIG. Specify process, heat, spatter, work position and finger-control needs. Review leather, lining, seams and cuff coverage against the task and required protection evidence.
Provide overall glove length, wrist opening and the intended overlap with protective sleeves. Check hand movement, coverage and entry on the finished sample; a size label alone does not define forearm coverage.
Name the destination market, applicable standard and performance requirements before quotation. The agreed test documents and markings must match the actual glove construction. A general leather specification does not establish welding protection.
MOQ is usually 500 pairs, depending on materials, construction, sizes, branding and packing. Samples generally take 5–10 working days; bulk production usually takes 20–30 working days after written sample and specification approval and the required deposit. Testing, revisions, quantity and scheduling can change these ranges. Shipping time is separate.
